What if good images aren't captured?
We'll bring you back for a 2nd try!
We aim to provide you with the very best ultrasound experience available. We understand that babies and pregnancies are each unique in their own way. Sometimes a baby may face toward the mother's back, the fluid may not be very clear, or the baby may be hiding behind their hands or feet, just to name a few. If your baby does not cooperate during your session, we will bring you back for one more session at no additional cost within two weeks of your original appointment! It's impossible to guarantee full-face images of your baby. Their body position, the direction they are facing, the amount and clarity of the fluid, and whether they decide to cover their face are major determinants of the quality of the images captured.
And while it is impossible to make your baby do anything, we can encourage them to roll or move limbs away from their face. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to capture the best images possible of your baby.

What if gender can't be determined?
We will have you back as early as the Next Morning!
On rare occasions, some babies like to have their legs crossed, a cord between their legs, or tuck themselves to a side that doesn't allow for gender to be seen clearly. When this happens, we will take a look as early as the next day to get you a clear gender determination. At no additional cost.
