By booking a session, visiting our studio, or using luxebabyultrasound.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

In these terms, "Luxe Baby," "we," "us," and "our" mean Luxe Baby Ultrasound, 1915 E. Main Street, Ventura, CA 93001. "You" and "your" mean our clients, their guests, and visitors to our website.

Luxe Baby is an owner-operated elective keepsake ultrasound studio. We are not a medical practice, clinic, or healthcare provider.

Our ultrasounds are for bonding and keepsake purposes only. They are not medical exams.

• We do not diagnose, take measurements, assess fetal health, or give medical advice.
• A Luxe Baby session does not replace prenatal care. Please continue all appointments and ultrasounds ordered by your medical provider.
• If you have health concerns about your pregnancy, contact your provider right away.
• We cannot guarantee what will be visible during any session. Image quality depends on baby's position, gestational age, amniotic fluid, and other factors outside our control.
• Insurance does not cover elective ultrasounds, and we do not bill insurance.

Booking and payment. Sessions are booked through our online booking site or by text. Payment is due at the time of your session unless you have paid in advance by invoice. Prices and packages may change without notice; the price confirmed at booking is the price you pay.

Late arrivals. We offer a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive later than that, your session may be shortened or rescheduled so the next family is not delayed. Please text us if you are running behind.

Cancellations and no-shows. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. For cancellations made 3 hours or less before your appointment, or for no-call no-shows, a $40 cancellation fee may apply. Clients who do not show for an appointment may be asked to pay in advance for future bookings.

Walk-ins. Walk-ins and last-minute appointments are welcome when we have openings, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Free rescan. If baby is uncooperative and we cannot capture the images or gender determination included in your session, we offer one free return visit within 2 weeks of your original appointment. Rescans last long enough to capture what was missed and may be shorter than your original session. Rescans do not apply to the 2D add-on included with Sneak Peek gender testing.

Refunds. Because session time is reserved for you, completed sessions are not refundable. If we are unable to complete your session for reasons on our end, we will reschedule or refund you.

Sneak Peek gender tests are collected at our studio and processed by Sneak Peek's independent laboratory, not by Luxe Baby.

• You must be at least 6 weeks pregnant at the time of collection. We may ask you to confirm your dates.
• Results are sent to you, or to the person you designate, directly by Sneak Peek. Delivery times depend on the option you choose and Sneak Peek's lab schedule.
• Sneak Peek reports accuracy of over 99%, but no test is 100% accurate. Results can be affected by factors such as a vanishing twin, recent blood transfusion, organ transplant, or sample contamination.
• Luxe Baby is not responsible for lab errors, delays in results, or decisions made based on results. Questions about results or retesting are handled under Sneak Peek's own policies.
• We recommend testing at least one week before any gender reveal event.

Your images. The prints, digital images, and videos included in your session are for your personal use. You are welcome to share them with family and friends and on social media.

Live links. Free live links are private to your session. Guests can watch but cannot hear the session. Live streams are not recorded or saved, so if you would like a recording, please add a video or choose a package that includes one. We are not responsible for connection problems on a viewer's device or network.

Recording in the studio. You and your guests may take photos and videos during your session unless we ask otherwise for privacy or technical reasons.

Our use of your images. We will only share your session images on our website or social media with your permission, and never with your name or personal details unless you ask us to include them.

Image storage. Please save your digital images and videos promptly. We are not able to guarantee long-term storage of session files after delivery.

• Healthy guests are always welcome. Please reschedule or ask guests to stay home if anyone is feeling unwell.
• Children are welcome and must be supervised by an adult at all times, including in our play area.
• We ask everyone to treat our studio, equipment, and other families with respect.
• We may refuse or end a session if anyone behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive. In that case, no refund is owed.
• Luxe Baby is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Digital and physical gift cards can be used toward any session or add-on. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by California law, and lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced unless purchased digitally and traceable to the buyer.

We work to keep the information on our website accurate and current, but prices, packages, and policies may change. If anything on the site differs from what we confirm when you book, the booking confirmation applies.

All text, images, logos, and videos on this website belong to Luxe Baby Ultrasound and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Our website links to other businesses, including our booking provider and local care providers we recommend. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

To the extent permitted by law, Luxe Baby's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the session involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including outcomes related to decisions made based on an elective ultrasound or gender test result.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Ventura County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page.
